**Wellington partners with Grace United Methodist Church to collect school supply donations throughout the season -- all donations may be brought to the Wellington Welcome tent and will be taken to the church after the meet!**

SWIMMER DROP-OFF: Before finding parking, you may drop off swimmers and belongings at the circle in front of the Clubhouse via the Wellington Road entrance.

PARKING: Limited parking spaces are available in the pool parking lot. Reserved parking is provided for Head Coach, Head Official and Computer Person in the main Wellington pool parking lot (enter on the Clover Hill Rd side). If handicap parking is needed, please reach out to our PWSL representative with the number of handicap spaces your team requires.

Street parking is available on surrounding streets and neighborhoods with overflow parking at Grace United Methodist Church (GUMC) a short walk from the pool via a paved walking trail. Parking Do Nots:

Do not park overnight in the pool lot. The towing company contracted by the HOA will tow your car.

Do not park ANYWHERE across the street in the Townhomes. All Townhome parking in Wellington requires a resident sticker or a visitor hang-tag. The towing company contracted by the HOA will tow your car, any time of day. Clover Hill Court is no parking before 8:00 A.M. Obey all posted parking regulations on this street.

Do not park in or block a Bike Lane. This includes parts of Clover Hill Road and all of Hendley Road. Parking in a Bike Lane will be ticketed by Manassas City Police and in some cases they will tow.

Message from Coach Dennis:

Dear Swimmers and Parents,

Congratulations to so many of our swimmers new to the team for their performances at Meadowbrook. I was impressed with how many of our young swimmers received PWSL place ribbons. Particularly satisfying were the time improvements of our older swimmers who are new to the team. It is difficult to start swimming competitively after age 9. We have many of these swimmers and each showed great resolve and improvement.

Thank you for leaving our team area spotless. The Meadowbrook parents stopped me on the way out to thank me for helping make their clean-up less of a burden. It is the “Sudley Way” to act and behave as guests. You made me proud!

Please remember that sign-outs are now through Swimtopia only and need to be “in” by NOON on Saturday the week before the meet. (Bridlewood sign outs need to be in by noon this Saturday). Sign outs will be locked after that time. If there is a last minute emergency, do not contact Katie or Holly as they have multiple jobs during the week. Late sign outs produce work for multiple people. If an emergency occurs, please contact me directly.

Sudley needs a Head Marshal to replace Justin Palenscar. This position is critical to me and the running of our home meets. This role is vital for parking in the gravel lot, making sure visiting teams do not set up outside the parking lot, and patrolling the grounds during the meet. Our home meets will not run smoothly without this position being filled. I will help this volunteer ease into this very important position.

Picture Day is June 18, 2026. Swimmers need to be at Sudley by 8:00am as we want to finish before it gets too hot.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone for morning practices beginning Monday 6/15 – please arrive early to get in new lanes and be ready to start on time!

  • Pictures begin at 8am. Please arrive early so they can begin on time!
  • All orders must be placed online with a credit card BEFORE picture day. They are not accepting "day of" orders, cash, or checks.
• Pizza Picnic: Team Pizza Picnic is Friday, June 19 after practice. Pizza, lemonade, and ice cream will be provided for all registered members of the swim team. We cannot accommodate siblings who are not registered.
• Breakfast Club: First Breakfast Club is Wednesday, June 17 6:45 am
  • Sign up in the canteen
  • Open to Dennis's Group or with permission
  • Kids will swim, walk to Burger King, order, eat, and walk back for regular practice
  • Each child should bring clothes to wear to breakfast and money to order his/her own breakfast.
  • Dennis would appreciate any parents who plan to stay to help walk with the group.
