There is limited parking in the club's lower gravel lot. It is available to both teams on a first-come, first-served basis.

Overflow parking in available at the Manassas Mall. Please park in the area closest to the crosswalk (rather than by the mall entrances) and do not block Amazon trucks or any other vehicles. Sudley provides a police officer for traffic control and safety when crossing Rixlew Lane.

We provide 4 reserved spaces that may be used for your Starter, Computer Rep, Head Coach, and Setup Lead (for coaches’ and call tents) or other members of your leadership team. Please send your list of 4 names to our Meet Coordinator no later than the Thursday preceding the meet.

    Setup & Spectators

Because our grounds and parking lot are in use late into the evening, tent setup is not permitted the night before the meet. Your coaches' tent may be dropped off on Friday night. Please contact us to arrange drop-off.

Visiting team set-up is on the right side of the upper parking lot as you approach the club. There is ample shade in this area, but tents are welcome. Tents may not be set up in the grass (including the main field) or around the pond. Please use your team area for setup and leave your belongings there. The tables on deck are for temporary spectator seating only.

There are several spectator areas on deck. Please give all spectators a chance to see their favorite swimmers!

If your team does not rely on SwimTopia alerts or follow the live timeline in SwimTopia, please bring at least one Caller for each shift to help your swimmers along. Your call tent or check-in area can be set up beside ours at the main pool entrance.

If you have questions about volunteering, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator by email (before a meet) or by requesting a page at the announcer's table (during a meet).

    Photos & Videos

For the safety of all swimmers, PWSL prohibits the use of cameras (including mobile phones and other devices with imaging or recording capabilities) at the starting end of the pool for starts or relay takeoffs, including warm-ups.

Meet Officials, Timers, Recorders, Judges, Starters, and Referees should not use any device capable of photography while on shift. If a phone must be used, the volunteer should ask for relief and use the device away from the starting end of the pool.

Volunteers in violation of this policy will be relieved of their position and asked to leave the pool deck.

Swimmers shall not bring cameras or recording devices (including mobile phones with those capabilities) with them from Clerk of Course. If a swimmer is found to have a recording device in the starting area, they may, at the Referee's discretion, be disqualified from their next individual event.
