After-school practices occur weekdays from Tuesday, May 26, 2026 to Friday, June 12, 2026.

5:00PM - 6:00PM   Swimmers assigned to lanes
6:00PM - 7:00PM   Dennis's group

Lane assignments for After-School Practices will be determined at tryouts (held on May 21 and May 22, 2026). Most swimmers will have a lane change when we shift to Morning Practices.

Pre-Swim classes begin on Tuesday, May 26 and occur from 7:00PM - 8:00PM on weekdays.

Regular season practices begin on Monday, June 15, 2026 and occur from 9:00AM to 11:00AM on weekdays.

Swimmers in Dennis's group should report to Dennis in the deep end for the first hour of practice.
Swimmers assigned to the lanes should report to their lane for the first hour of morning practice.

For the second hour of practice:

• Swimmers from Lanes 1 and 2 should report to Deep End Lane 1.
• Swimmers from Lane 3 should report to Deep End Lane 2.
• Swimmers from Lane 4 should report to Deep End Lane 4 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and should report to Dennis's group on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• Swimmers from Lane 5 should report to Deep End Lane 4 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and should report to Dennis's group on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Swimmers from Lane 6 should report to Deep End Lane 3.
• Swimmers from Lane 7 should report to Deep End Lane 5 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and should report to Dennis's group on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• Swimmers from Lane 8 should report to Deep End Lane 5 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and should report to Dennis's group on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Optional night practices begin Monday, June 15 and occur on weeknights Monday through Thursday.

5:15PM - 6:00PM    For age groups 8 and under, 9-10
6:00PM - 7:00PM    For age groups 11-12, 13-14, 15-18
