About Volunteering
Your efforts are crucial to running a successful, effective, and timely swim meet! For 2026, each family must sign up for 7 shifts. These are also known as "points" in SwimTopia lingo.
Volunteer signups will open with registration.
If you have questions or need assistance selecting a job, please contact Holly Beemer.
Sign Up
Visit Meets & Events on the main navigation bar.
Click the green Job Sign-up button to register for a specific meet or event job.
Your assigned or previously selected jobs will appear for that meet. You can edit these selections by clicking the Sign-up for jobs link.
A list of all meet jobs available for sign-up will be displayed with shift times, slots filled, and points (if applicable).
Make your changes by selecting or deselecting the checkbox next to each job, and clicking the Save Assignments button.
To see all of your signups for the season, select My Account from the dropdown menu on the top right corner.
View Your Signups
Once you are logged in, you can access "My Account" on the top right menu, under the Welcome.
Your family's job signups and points total are visible at the bottom of the "My Account" page.
Each family should have 7 points by the end of the season.
