Signouts are due by noon on the Saturday preceding the meet you will be unable to attend.

Visit our SwimTopia site (https://sudleyseahorses.swimtopia.com/) or open your SwimTopia app and log in.

Select "Schedule."

Beside the event, select the green "Meet Entry" button on the website or the "Meet Signup" button on the app.

Select the green "Edit" at the bottom of the page.

Using the drop-down menu, select "Not attending this meet" for each swimmer who cannot attend. Select "Attending" for swimmers who must leave early, indicate their availability for relays, and leave a note for the coach about their departure time.

Save your changes using the green "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
