If your swimmer cannot participate, s/he must sign out using the Sign-Out Book in the Canteen no later than the Sunday preceding the meet.

Thu Jul 24 2025	Teen Dinner Columbus Grill 8349 Centreville Rd Manassas, VA 20111 Start: 6:00 PM End: 8:00 PM This event is only for swimmers in the 13-14 and 15-18 age groups. (If you’re 13 years old and still swimming in the 11-12 age group, we will see you next year!) Please arrive between 5:45 and 6:00pm. Dinner will be served at 6:00PM. Participants are expected to stay until the event ends at 8:00PM. The cost includes includes salad, buffet dinner, dessert, drinks and gratuities. Please dress appropriately. Do not wear a hat. Menu Roast Beef (Slow Roasted Beef With Marsala Sauce) Frango Churrasco (Slow Roasted Chicken)* Chicken Alfredo Pasta Pasta Primavera (Sauteed Mixed Vegetables in Pasta) Roast Potatoes Rice Steamed Veggies Caesar Salad House Salad * This option is gluten-free.

If your swimmer cannot participate, s/he must sign out using the Sign-Out Book in the Canteen no later than 8:00PM on the Saturday preceding the meet.
Wed Jul 16 2025	Breakfast Club Start: 6:45 AM End: 8:30 AM Swimmers enjoy morning practice with a twist, then walk to Burger King for breakfast with Dennis. Bring clothes to change into and payment for breakfast.
