Important Meet Day Info

Divisionals is this Saturday, July 25 and we are the 2026 hosts!

Since we are hosting 2 opponents, there are several key differences between this division championship and the dual meets we've held this summer.

Setup
  • Setup is permitted on Friday night. From 8:45PM to 9:30PM, you may set up your family's tents and chairs. Do not put down tarps or rugs.
  • Our team will set up in the field near the pond pavilion. Please do not occupy the pavilion; it will be used by our Callers to organize swimmers.
  • Our opponents will share the parking lot setup space. Concessions will be in the same area as it is for a dual meet.
  • All parking is located at Manassas Mall. Unlike a dual meet, the gravel lot is not used for open parking. You must have a pre-issued parking pass to access this lot.
Meet Day
  • Sudley warm-ups are at 5:50AM. Please arrive in time to warm up!
  • Deck access is restricted. You must have an active badge to enter working areas of deck, including clerk of course.
  • There will be portable restrooms in the staff parking lot and additional spectator space on deck.
  • Decorate your tent! The tents with the best decorations (judged at 12:00PM) will receive gift cards!
  • Expect the meet to run longer than a dual meet. Our anticipated end time is 1:20PM, but we may run over this time.
Volunteers
  • We still need to fill 29 volunteer shifts! Please sign up for one now!
  • As mentioned, deck access is restricted. You must have an active badge for the current shift to enter working areas of deck, including clerk of course.
  • Pick up your volunteer badge outside the Game Room. (Officials do not need to pick up badges.)
    • Shift 1 - 7:00AM to 9:15AM (badge pickup begins at 6:30AM)
    • Shift 2 - 9:15AM to 11:30AM (badge pickup begins at 9:00AM)
    • Shift 3 - 11:30AM to meet end (badge pickup begins at 11:15AM)
  • 6:30AM Stroke and Turn Officials meeting -- meet by Lane 1
  • 6:40AM Timers and Recorders meeting (for all shifts) -- meet outside the Canteen
