Kingsbrooke Meet - read all points carefully
July 17th
- Our plan is to proceed with the meet. Any changes to this plan will be communicated via email by 4 AM
- WE WILL NOT HAVE CONCESSIONS. Please plan accordingly.
- Volunteers: If you know that you’re unable to attend the meet, please drop your shift now, So we can fill those roles.
- Concessions volunteers please review the sign up and pick up any other shifts that are open.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if your child will not be able to swim in a relay. email [email protected]
- Meet set up crews will meet at 6:00 pm tonight. Some of the work has already been completed, but anyone who is available to help and could give an hour it would be greatly appreciated to limit exposure.
- Warm ups begin at 6:10 am
- Please make the best decision in the interest of your swimmer and family members.
- The league has made the decision that if a swimmer does not swim due to the air quality, it will still count towards the two meets needed for divisional eligibility, but will not count as a qualifying legal swim in an event.
