Warmups: 6:10am
Meet Start: 7:00am

15 & over Freestyle Relay will be called at 6:45am. Any swimmer not there will be replaced.

Volunteer Reminder: A timer/recorder meeting will be held outside the canteen at 6:40am.

Message from Coach Dennis:

Dear Swimmers and Swim Team Parents,

Thank you to all the volunteers and staff members for working so hard Saturday during the meet and especially after the meet. Despite the rain, concessions had an outstanding day again serving the best food in the PWSL.

Please remember to sign up for your volunteer hours. To all the families that far exceed the minimum hours of service: a HUGE thank you!

Families are reminded to check entries on Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure that swimmers attending are in events (or if you are not attending and are entered). Problems MUST be brought to Dennis immediately. Changes after Thursday can not score or win ribbons. *Note: for the Divisional meet no changes can be made after Tuesday – no deck entries at this meet.

Families on the team are required to donate a gift for the raffle valued at $25x the number of swimmers on the team. We have families that have not met this obligation. The team is tracking the families that have donated.

Please make sure your divisional ads, cheer ads, heat sheet, and divisional t-shirt orders are in by July 7th. No extras will be ordered!

Attendance this week at practice has been very low. We cannot expect to do well in future meets if we do not put in the work to prepare. Please make every effort to attend practice.

Reminders and Upcoming Events:

• Divisional Ads and Heat Sheet Orders are due July 12 at 7:00pm – Support your favorite Seahorses and the team by placing an ad!
• Swim Team Pictures are available for pick up in the canteen. Please contact Olson Photography with any order issues. 
• The Annual Teen Dinner is an exciting event for our swimmers in the 13-14 and 15-18 age groups! There are two tasks in Swimtopia: please RSVP and pay.
• Divisional week will be here before we know it! Check the Spirit Week schedule and get your poster parade groups and supplies ready!
